Friday Friday
Oh my I am so excited it is Friday. We only had a short week and I still feel like it was one of the longest. Yesterday I walked around telling my students have a good weekend and they thought I was crazy. Does anyone else feel this way this week or is it just me?
I agree in some ways this week does seem longer but in others it seems short. Today did not feel like Friday, but I am so glad it is! I hope you enjoy your weekend!
I agree with you totally! It always seems that when our weeks are cut to 2-3 days, the week just goes by soooooo slow! Believe me, when I went to school on Wednesday (because it was a Comp-day for teachers on Tuesday and NO kids!), I kept asking the interpreters or my aides, "Is it Friday YET?" That is sad. Now, what is really sad--I am already counting down the days until our Easter break! I guess that there are some weeks where I am really tired and need a break and then there are weeks that I want to teach my students so much! There is so much to do and so little time to accomplish their goals from their IEP's! I just go to school and try the best that I can and see what I can actually do on that day instead of always worrying about whether or not they will accomplish their goals. I am trying and they are certainly trying as well!
I am 28 years old. I am married with the cutest 20 month old little boy. I have been teaching business and computers in high school for 4 years and I love it. I have coached Varsity, JV, and little league girls sports.
